I came in yesterday to get my lease buyout taken care of at this particular Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealership which happens to be my favorite in the Bay. Particularly because of excellent customer service whic at this particular Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealership which happens to be my favorite in the Bay. Particularly because of excellent customer service which I am convinced is a company-cultural aspect related to this dealership. Big thanks to Rick Martinez who helped us out, along with Walter Petris, both fantastic staff at this location and complete gentlemen as well. At no point in the process did I feel like they were not truly helping me, they went above and beyond to get myself and my wife taken care of. Rick Martinez is a class act, very personable and is a straight shooter. The kind of person I want to do business with.
