Armando was the one who got me to come into the dealership, and I’m glad he did because Rick made the experience feel easy and comfortable from the start. Buying a car is a huge decision and can feel stressful, especially when you have kids with you, but Rick never once made me feel pressured or rushed. He was patient, professional, down to earth, and genuinely kind the entire time. He was also really sweet with my kids, and as a mom, that honestly meant a lot to me. Even though I needed time to think everything over before making a final decision, I left feeling happy and respected instead of overwhelmed. That’s rare nowadays. 10 stars for Rick honestly. If I decide to buy a car, I’ll absolutely be coming back to him. Thank you again Rick for making the experience feel comfortable instead of stressful. More

Admittedly, the process started off a bit bumpy with some miscommunication of the deal, but what really impressed me was how they took immediate ownership of the situation. The team was incredibly apologetic and went out of their way to "make it up" to me, ensuring I felt valued and heard. Rick was a absolute standout - his patience and positivity throughout the back-and-forth really helped keep the experience stress-free. Leon also provided top-tier hospitality, making sure I was comfortable and well-taken care of while we finalized the details.
