The car that we wanted was not in your inventory but he located one somewhere else and proceeded to have it shipped in. In the mean time we changed our mind about the accessories we wanted and he was able to accommodate that change with no problems When we picked up the car, Rick went over everything about the car with demonstrations on how to use all the accessories that were completely unknown to us. Our old car was ten years old so you can imagine how much difference there was. I have purchased many cars in my life time of nearly eighty years and Rick Rabe along with Bill Douglas of Hyundai of Clearwater, Florida are the only two salesman I would ever recommend to anyone. His attitude and demeanor are commendable and he made the car buying experience a pleasure. More

My Needs Were Meet!!! Upon entering the dealership on a Saturday dressed in my Harley gear, I was meet by Rick that wanted to know if I need assistance. He invited me to his work area and asked me, "What are your needs in a Journey?". I gave him my requirements and he went to the get a car for me to test drive that was close to what I wanted. When we return I gave him a few more items on my need list. Upon review of their inventory he did not have the one that meet all my needs but found it at another dealer. By Thursday of the following week, four business days Rick had me driving out of the dealership with the Journey that meet my needs but provided additional benefits. Rick, made me feel like a valued customer and not just someone to fill a quota. He was a true professional and made me feel I was the most important customer he had to deal with. He meet my needs and that is what each salesperson should be doing in selling anything. More

Jeeps don't break down very often, but on the rare occasion they do, the service department has always been able to quickly get the Jeep back on the road. Sales department always gives best price, and credit department quickly gets through all the paperwork. I always compare price to another dealer, and Golling always beats the competition. What more would you want from a dealership than value and service? More
