Our previous sales personable left the company and we were set up with Rick. His personality matched mine perfectly and it was a pleasure to have him as my new “car guy.” Jeff got me approved and walked me through all th additional service options that we added to the vehicle for the next 3 years. I am more than happy with everything. I have always been A Jeep lover and would have always loved a Grand Cherokee. Being on a budget Rick got me into a new 2018 Compass. With all the right bells and whistles I am one happy girl ringing in the new year in style. I even sold my step mom on the car. ;) I will definitely be working with Rick when my lease is up. Service was excellent, Rick Rabe was great to work with! I was visiting my parents in Michigan and needed a bigger vehicle for the drive back to Virginia with our two dogs! My brother recommended Rick. I wen I was visiting my parents in Michigan and needed a bigger vehicle for the drive back to Virginia with our two dogs! My brother recommended Rick. I went into the dealership and found a Durango I liked. I was leaving the next day to go back to Virginia, he arranged for me to pick up my car around 930am, so we could hit the road back to VA. I have bought several other cars from Dodge/Jeep, as my dad is a chrysler employee, but this was the easiest and best experience. Rick also arranged for a hitch to be put on my Durango! More
