Absolutely do not recommend working with Rick Reid from this dealership. He had poor attention to detail and was rude and blamed me when I pointed out his mistake. I put a deposit over the phone on a vehic this dealership. He had poor attention to detail and was rude and blamed me when I pointed out his mistake. I put a deposit over the phone on a vehicle that we had been talking about back and forth over email. Upon reviewing the paperwork, I noticed that Rick had me put the deposit on a non-hybrid model, when I had been very clear about wanting the hybrid version. When I pointed this out to him, he was rude and said "a hybrid was never once mentioned." Mistakes happen, but the fact that Rick lied (we communicated several times over email about the hybrid) and blamed the customer instead of just apologizing (which could have saved the sale) is awful. I would absolutely not purchase a vehicle from someone who treats customers this way. I spoke with another local Toyota dealership and was able to put a deposit on the vehicle I wanted with much better customer service the same day. More
