I'm in a brand new Pacfica and havoa really tough issue. These guys have taken zero responsibility for helping get me through it. I've been there twice, both times they refused to troubleshoot the issue and solution...which is simple btw. Chrysler FCA was no better they told me to go to dealer, dealer told me to go to Chrysler, and around and around we go. 10+ calls, even more hours later and I'm no further along than when I started. Do your homework, find a dealer that understands customer service and go there. Avoid this place, you can do better. More
