I was contacted that my car was ready, but when I finally arrived after waiting about 1- Great overall, but the checkout took much longer than usual. I was contacted that my car was ready, but when I finally arrived after waiting about 1-1/2 hours for the shuttle, the paperwork was not ready. And, the shuttle driver seemed a little confused and found it difficult to find my street -- I provided directions to get back to the service location. I'd invest in a good, easy to use GPS system for the driver. More

Purchase Pacifica Bought a Lincoln Aviator used from the Lincoln store in 2006 from Steve and were very pleased with him and Ed in service. Also had 2 airbag recalls an Bought a Lincoln Aviator used from the Lincoln store in 2006 from Steve and were very pleased with him and Ed in service. Also had 2 airbag recalls and a timing chain tensioner recall handled on our 2010 Charger that we bought in Texas at the Dodge store and where very pleased. We will defiantly be back for service and future purchases. More
