They took a whole day after my appt date before they even looked at my vehicle. It was at the dealer the whole week. It was there to fix AC. After I got the vehicle back, it had an odor through the vent. looked at my vehicle. It was at the dealer the whole week. It was there to fix AC. After I got the vehicle back, it had an odor through the vent. A few days later, a cloud came through the vent. The AC is now doing the same problem as before. Did not get fix. Was told it was a Schrader valve. I now need to make another appt, that will take another two weeks to get an appt, to see if it can be fixed. Probably looking to spend another $300 to fix the original problem. More

Fortunately, I located a Jeep at Matthews in Vestal, and within minutes of speaking with Josh, I felt at ease. He exceeded expectations to accommodate us - from transporting the Jeep to their nearer location to navigating the chaos of my family. The process was seamless, and Josh and the Matthew's team were exceptional to work with. Highly recommended, 10/10! More
