Happy Customer for over 10 Years I have been maintaining my car here for over 10 years and have always felt confident that my car was getting what it needed and nothing it didn't. I recently decided to replace my 2006 Tucson with a 2017 Tucson and my sales experience was just as good as my service experience has been. Looking forward to another 10 years of coming to Piazza Hyundai! More

Inspection failure dispute I brought my 2006 Azera in for routine maint as well as a yearly inspection/emission. I was told my care failed inspection because the horn was sligh I brought my 2006 Azera in for routine maint as well as a yearly inspection/emission. I was told my care failed inspection because the horn was slightly detached from it's fastening point in the engine bay area even though the horn works fine when pressing pad on the steering wheel. I looked up the PA State regulation which should not have required the technician to fail the car since the horn technically is in operating condition. I was further told that the full horn replacement would cost $275 ($172 parts and $103 labor + tax)). I looked up the horn components on line and learned that the 2 OEM horn replacements were available for $104.........making their parts price a 65% mark up over what I would have considered to be a fair price. Furthermore I left the Piazza service area and went immediately to a nearby authorized inspection station and my car passed inspection immediately with no issue nor having to spend $275 for the replacement horn. This was my 1st negative experience at this Piazza service group and I have had multiple cars serviced here for many years. It just seemed to be an unnecessary expense for me but a financial gain for Piazza. I'm sure we could have found a better solution and this incident partially supports my belief that we are all at a service providers discretion when we have our cars serviced unless we happen to be knowledgeable mechanics. Not sure I can go back and happy to discuss with the service mgr if they happen to see this review. More

2017 Sonata Turbo Limited Excellent in every way. It was a pleasant auto buying experience. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Conshohocken and you by far exceed their Excellent in every way. It was a pleasant auto buying experience. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Conshohocken and you by far exceed their dealership in willingness to please, communication and pleasantness. Their sales staff was either non-available or unwilling to get the exact vehicle what I wanted even when I told them where to get 2 of that vehicle. I know exactly what I want when I go and do not want to waste time while they look for answers they should have had immediate access to on their computer. More

All of my Hyundai vehicles have been serviced at this dealership and I have been completely satisfied with the service department. Piazza Hyundai Pottstown is a great organization that sells a great product and I will continue to purchase future vehicles from them, assuming the vehicles meet my needs. I have owned 2 Genesis's and look forward to the Genesis luxury brand separation from the regular Hyundai product line and the development of new luxury vehicles, eg a 7/8 seat CUV/SUV. Great cars at a great price! More

WE LOVE PIAZZA HYUNDAI! My husband and I went in on a Saturday to just look at the cars, as my lease would be expiring this August. The dealership was extremely busy, but we My husband and I went in on a Saturday to just look at the cars, as my lease would be expiring this August. The dealership was extremely busy, but we were greeted immediately by the receptionist, who then introduced us to Robbie Sadler, the Sales & Leasing Consultant. I had my eye on a red Veloster in the lot, so we took a test drive. I loved the car, but it didn't really fit our needs. Robbie worked out the numbers with the Sales Manager, David, and it was also not economical for us. My husband and I were thinking about leaving, when we saw the Elantra GT in the showroom. We were intrigued, but not sure, and didn't really like the color. Robbie quickly did some research, and found a red one in their other lot. He knew that I loved the color red on the Veloster. We took the red Elantra GT for a test drive, loved it, Robbie worked out the numbers with David, and we left with the car that day! We would not have gone through with the deal, but the fact that Robbie presented the red car right in front of us, with only 17 miles, we were sold! I have had Hyundai cars since 2011, and will most likely continue because the cars are quality, fun, and the staff at Piazza Hyundai are exceptional! Thank you Robbie, David, and all the service staff, that have always done an excellent job with taking care of my car, my oil changes, etc. WE LOVE PIAZZA HYUNDAI! More
