An enjoyable car buying experience! When I arrived on the lot, Mark greeted me quickly (but not too quickly!) and was very attentive to my needs. He made sure all of my questions were answered, and made sure the process went smoothly. If Mark didn't know an answer right away, he didn't guess - instead, he made sure he got the right information before he passed anything along to me. Mark is certainly one of the best salespeople I've worked with in any of my car buying experiences. I've already paid a visit to the service department and had an upgrade done on the car, and Rick was a pleasure to meet and work with. I've been to other dealer service departments where the staff was brisk and a bit gruff, but Rick was the opposite - very friendly and helpful. He puts a great face on the service department, which I would be happy to visit again going forward. More

Best all around We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehic We had taken our car in for an emergency repair of the transmission. Once we had our vehicle in we immediately were given the option of a loaner vehicle from Rick as we had purchased from them in the past and currently bring three vehicles for service. Jason had called me later in the afternoon with the estimate. Being an 11 year old car we had to make the choice of the repair or purchase. All of my repair options were presented to me and we had to make the wisest decision and lease or purchase. The next morning we spoke with Joe in sales who had helped us twice before and immediately started working for us. Within 15 minutes we had a car and a deal worked up on paper and once we decided what to do we had the deal finalized a few minutes later. They really helped us in a bind and an emergent situation from the rapid repair eval to the loaner as not to miss work to the quick sale. Literally from front to back,an A1 team. More

I brought my Elantra in for an oil change. There was only one Service Writer there when I arrived early at the shop and he was busy with another customer. Rick S., the Service Manager, came right out to chec one Service Writer there when I arrived early at the shop and he was busy with another customer. Rick S., the Service Manager, came right out to check my car in so that I didn't have to wait on the Writer to finish up. I really appreciated that prompt attention. I was in and out within an hour, with my oil changed, the tires rotated, and my car cleaned. More

My favorite automobile service providers. Took my 2003 Hyundai Elantra in for service due to check engine light and replacement of front struts. Due to staffing issues, my car could not be seen until earl Hyundai Elantra in for service due to check engine light and replacement of front struts. Due to staffing issues, my car could not be seen until early on Monday. I'm spoiled by always being able to bring the car in right away and was a little unnerved. They were able to provide loaner had the repair gone to a second day and this was comforting. Price for struts & installation was just a bit higher than quoted by another repair service but I trust these guys to be thorough and honest, so I went with them. I am very grateful for these service people and especially Rick Stubbelbine. Treat them well!! Thanks for this opportunity. More

I took my car in for state inspection and an oil and filter change at 7:15 a.m. Rich interviewed me, was very courteous and appreciative of a review I had written the last time I was there. I waited in a clean lounge, Had coffee as an option in a pleasant atmosphere. At 8:00 Dennis explained what they had done( the inspection, oil change, etc. plus the courtesy 34 point inspection and the courtesy vacuuming of the interior. Efficient, clean, courteous- hallmarks of Piazza of Pottstown. More
