A lot of work I have leased two trucks from them. The first time I didn’t know any better and put a lot down. After much talking I choose Dick Scott as I had used them before. Even though we discussed terms when paper work came it was different. The person that delivered it said no biggie it can be changed. I sent out an inquiry Sunday night and received a phone call promptly Monday morning making test drive arrangements. My toddler and I drove up from Ann Arbor to test drive a jeep. Rick was waiting for me when we arrived to the dealership. He was welcoming and made efforts to help me install my car seat in the Jeep . He readily answered all my questions about the vehicle. I was given the necessary privacy to inspect the Jeep. The sales assistants readily offered my toddler coloring books, snacks, and distractions to help me so I could focus on paperwork and my decision. The price was more than fair. I bought it and i am very happy. They also portered my old car back to Ann Arbor. I’m grateful for such a positive experience. More
