My salesman Rick was great. Laid back, knowledgeable, easy to deal with. I'd recommend him to friends. Ryan S. was not as pleasant to deal with regarding extended warranties. Seemed ticked off that I didn't want to take the deals he was proposing. Vehicle prep was pretty good. Some windows still had smudges & the roof wasn't completely washed off. Gas was at 65-70% full when it got to me. Small thing but I guess the days of a full tank are gone... So far love the vehicle! More

BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS DEALER! I made an appointment yesterday to purchase a new vehicle from Rick at this dealership. After a conversation on the phone last night, I felt confident In dealing with this dealer. BOY WAS I WRONG! I showed up on time for my noon appointment. I was told by Rick that he would be with me shortly. I told him I would wait outside, (my own choice because of Covid-19). I kept walking in, looking for him. Finally, over an hour later I was waited on. I was told that a repeat customer had just walked in with no appointment, and wanted to purchase a car. I HAD THE APPOINTMENT - LET HIM WAIT! It was 91 degrees out, and this was only the start of my problems. I was wanting to get out of a lease early to purchase a vehicle. When I picked out the vehicle I wanted and discussed a price, I was told that the dealership would buy out my existing payments on my lease and I would not have to roll over anything into my new vehicle. I was deciding whether to purchase a sunroof or not, so took the paperwork to lunch to look over. Much to my surprise they rolled in over $1400.00 from my lease into my new car - and made out to me that they were covering the whole thing ! I noticed that Rick hesitated giving me the paperwork with the figures on it when I asked for it. Now I know why! I probably would have covered the $1400.00 myself if they had been honest with me - but I walked out amazed that they would keep me waiting in the heat for another customer with no appointment - then turn around and lie to me! More

Thankful I was referred here! I had spent a ton of time weighing options for my next lease. I had spent some time with a few dealerships, but Rick Tavormina was referred to me by my best friend and her husband. I'm so thankful that she sent me his way because he made the process quick and easy and he had the exact Jeep that I had been wanting. Talk about a win win. Having been in sales and customer service for many years myself, I can sincerely appreciate Rick and the way he conducts business. He was so personable and friendly that I felt no pressure or anxiety over signing this lease; something I had a huge amount of with another dealership just days before. He even took the time to show me how to use all of the features of my new Jeep even though his shift had ended and his lovely wife was waiting for him in the parking lot. The finance guy was a little pushy for my taste but I suppose that's his job. He was efficient and informative if I had any questions. So all in all, if you've read this far and you still need to lease/buy... GO SEE RICK, he's fabulous. I'll be back to see him as well, in a few years when my new lease is up. More
