Not impressed at all. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. It only has 16,000 miles and was a service vehicle for the dealer. I put $5000 down for down payment. I wa I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass Trailhawk. It only has 16,000 miles and was a service vehicle for the dealer. I put $5000 down for down payment. I was trying to get my payment around $300 a month. With my down payment my monthly payment was $344. Salesman would not work with me to get my payment to $300 because they put the "lowest" price on there vehicles. So, whatever I bought it anyways. I have had it a month and have to take it in for service already. The auto start-stop function does not work and there is a transmission issue. I will update my experience after I take it in for it's service December 1st. They had to replace the transmission cooler and the actual transmission. It took a couple weeks. The only good thing is that I did get a loaner vehicle after a few days. Another issue, which I admit is my bad for not looking close enough when looking at the car before I bought it. After having it a couple days I noticed the muffler looked odd. When I got under the the car I could see that someone had backed into something pretty hard. The muffler is bent up along with the exhaust pipe and right under the bumper is bent. My bad for not noticing before but can't believe they would sell it like that. But now I have to pay to get it fixed. More
