Rick was the reason I traveled to St. Louis to purchase my Cadillac Escalade. I called him and over the phone he went out to the Vehicle on the ELCO lot and described it to me in detail, and went over th my Cadillac Escalade. If it weren't for his excellent customer service and honesty I would have never driven 270 miles to make my purchase.
