I moved to NY and returned to buy my next vehicles due to their customer service and fair pricing. I always like to buy a car or truck for less then the asking price, and they have always worked with me to assure I got the best price. I have been living in Arkansas since 2005 but still come to Rick and Elco to look for vehicles. I have sent friends to Rick for vehicles as well and he has always made them happy. Look forward to shopping and visiting Rick when I am in town just to see what bargains he has to offer. It is always a pleasure to shop there unlike dealers I have found elsewhere in NY and AR. I try to avoid even looking on their lots due to the excessive sales pressure and never offering any discounts. More

He called me several weeks later and told me that he now had the car I was looking for and, he was right. It was exactly what I wanted. I bought the car at a fair price and I am happy with the results. I expect to trade in car # 1 in a year or so and will go back to Rick for car # 3. More
