From the moment I made the call until I drove off the lot with a new car, I was very well taken care of. Ricky stayed in constant contact with me and Maxter was amazing and helpful when signing all the paper with a new car, I was very well taken care of. As a man of 54 years old, I have purchased countless vehicles. This was without a doubt the BEST buying experience hands down! our salesperson, Ricky Delgado, was absolutely amazing. I live in Duncan, O vehicles. This was without a doubt the BEST buying experience hands down! our salesperson, Ricky Delgado, was absolutely amazing. I live in Duncan, OK and had a VERY short window to complete the purchase. I gave Ricky my info over the phone [rior so that he could begin the approval process. We arrived at the dealership at 1:40pm and drove the vehicle off the lot less than an hour later. There were no "pushy" sales pitches, just straight talk. I can say that as long I am close to the Decatur area, ALL future purchases will be at James Wood!! I hope that Mr. Wood is given this information More
