We had texted back and forth on the trip down given the atrocious driving conditions. Ricky Jacobs, Sales Manager was very hospitable and both were there to help and make the process as smooth as possible. The car, a 2017 Highlander Platinum in the new Toasted Walnut Pearl was gassed up, a FULL tank, and waiting for us. We go there later than expected and it was close to 11PM when we were finished, about 3 hours in total. Could have been faster if we weren't chatter bugs sharing personal stories. When I say friendly, I do mean friendly...:) Mawutor Adamaley is the money man and he knows his stuff. We had a running chat with him as he loaded his impact printer with form after form after form. Now I know why they still make those things..:) Dwight set the GPS for our hotel and we were off. The deal? Great. I bought the Platinum for less than I would have paid for a Limited Hybrid here. The MSRPs on the Limited Hybrid and the gas Platinum are $43,276 vs $44,494. Worth the trip? You better believe it. More

Will definitely bring my friends and family here to buy cars As a first time car buyer, I was always skeptical when it comes to dealing with sales people but AJ made it smooth and stress-free. The guy was chill and laid-back (which I like) but very knowledgeable to my concerns, he then called his sales manager, Ricky, who gave me the price that I want. The finance manager, Johnny, made the whole financing experience a breeze. I believe he's an asset to Koons and deserves more recognition. All in all, the whole car buying experience was phenomenal and would recommend everyone to consider this dealership. More power! More

I will recommend Sia as the sales person. He worked with me every step of the way and provided great customer service. Even the sales manager, Ricky and finance manager, Sam both provided outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make the deal happen. I can't said enough good things about all three of them. Overall, I will definitely come back to this dealership in the future and purchase another car. Two thumbs-up!!! Keep up the excellent work! More

Financing was quick and in moments I knew what payment options were available to me. This was our first new car purchase and our families have been driving Toyota's for decades. Koon's in Tysons corner was the 3rd dealership we visited and we instantly pleased upon arriving. They have a very been driving Toyota's for decades. Koon's in Tysons corner was the 3rd dealership we visited and we instantly pleased upon arriving. They have a very large selection of vehicles and we were met with nothing buy pure courtesy and hospitality on our visit. Sean instantly dropped what he was doing to help us decide between several vehicles. He was humble, polite, and extremely helpful. As he helped us with the vehicle we wanted, Ricky consistently checked in to make sure the deal was progressing comfortably and was a helpful communication tool for us as well as Sean. Finally, Tonci walked us through the financials, explaining everything very distinctly and made us feel truly valued. All three people that helped us that day worked as a successful team and made this an amazing car buying experience. We feel valued, are happy with the deal we received, and love the lack of pressure and hostile sales tactics here that we experienced at other dealerships. We will definitely be back here for our next Toyota and will also pass forward our great experience to any prospective toyota buyers. More

I recently relocated to DC/NOVA area and my Honda Accord's transmission blew out and I was desperately in need of a car. I did my research and narrowed it down to a Mazda CX-5 and although I knew t Accord's transmission blew out and I was desperately in need of a car. I did my research and narrowed it down to a Mazda CX-5 and although I knew the Toyota RAV4 was very competitive, I leaned more towards the CX-5 based on customer satisfaction reviews. I spent two full days, visiting two Mazda dealers where I received internet pricing quotes from (Arlington and Fairfax) and was very disappointed in the way both dealerships handled their sales process. The first dealer pushed and intimidated me into purchasing a used 2013 CX-5 with 20k miles when I had not been interested in a used car. Wouldn't let me even go through the preapproval process until I expressed interest in the used version. Then claimed someone else was waiting to purchase it and he wanted my commitment ASAP. I left disgusted with this salesman and didn't go back. The second Mazda dealer had a brand new salesperson who was very friendly but was incredibly incompetent and lacked knowledge in his own product line. I was thinking about driving to Alexandria to try another Mazda dealer but decided to test drive a RAV4 at a Toyota dealer which was across the street from the Mazda dealer in Fairfax. Before visiting this dealer, I called back a nice friendly salesman, Emerald Walker from Koon's Toyota who had reached out to me earlier that day. I asked for a quote over the phone on a 2013 RAV 4 Limited Edition and he gave me a price that seemed unreal. Thinking that the salesman had quoted me a price to entice me to come to the dealership, instead I walked into the other Toyota and test drove the same RAV 4 I had inquired about . I immediately LOVED the Toyota RAV4 WAY better than the Mazda CX-5, it felt great on the road, the features were comparable and although I initially loved the CX-5's exterior, I ended up liking the RAV4, overall. However, when it came down to pricing, this Toyota dealer initial quote left little to desire. After an hour of negotiating and not going anywhere, I spoke with Emerald again and found out that the price was on the same model and it was a published internet price! Koon's published price was already $3500 lower than what the Fairfax Toyota dealer started the negotiation with and I ended up leaving this dealership at 9:45PM and headed to Koon's. Mind you, they close at 10PM and I know most dealerships and salesmen work until every customer leaves beyond closing time but I walked in at 10PM and Emerald Walker and his Scion sales manager, Ricky Jacobs greeted me warmly and was sincere in their approach. There was no hiding that I had came in ready to negotiate and purchase. However, the specific car I had wanted was not in stock and they were expecting shipment in couple of days. I ended up receiving additional discounts for the "inconvenience" of waiting but they had been upfront before I walked into the dealership that the car was on route. The car came in the very next day, I was informed via email and phone by both gentlemen who were so excited for me because they knew that I had returned my rental the previous day and commuting without a car. I was picked up at the train station by my salesperson, Emerald Walker, and soon I met Tonci Klaric who worked diligently to get me the best financing deal that I could receive based on my credit. My experience with Koon's was unbelievable. I have received updates, phone calls, emails from all three men following up with me, making sure that I was comfortable with my new car and Emerald even took the liberty of scheduling me for my first maintenance service. What impressed me the most was that their connection with me was genuine, they all understood my needs was courteous and respectful about the fact that I was new to the area and wanted to make my experience as easy as possible. My experiences with TOYOTA dealers in general was far more impressive than the MAZDA dealers in this area. But Koon's really impressed me with their service and at the end of the day with so many dealers with competitive prices, it's the service level that makes a real difference. I would recommend Koon's Toyota in Tysons Corner to anyone who is considering a Toyota or a Scion car. I also strongly recommend Emerald Walker and Ricky Jacobs (Scion Manager) because both men are incredibly PROFESSIONAL. More

He didn't rush me or try any of those distasteful sales tactics that I've been subjected to in the past. You know the kind that tries to sell you a crappy car and a higher than reasonable price. There was NONE of that. I was treated with respect and not as though I was a 'mark'. I really appreciated that.
