I had my Mazda 3 in 3 times for the same issue. The first visit, they agreed there was a problem with the fuel system, and I've seen online there are sometimes problems with Mazdas and fuel venting The first visit, they agreed there was a problem with the fuel system, and I've seen online there are sometimes problems with Mazdas and fuel venting. They replaced a sensor on the 2nd visit, which did nothing to solve the issue. On the third visit, they kept my car 3 days, and put some gas in it, then told me it was my driving style, even though the car's mileage tracker disproved that theory. They've never even looked at the vent system as a possible culprit. I'm extremely disappointed with their service and their approach. More

Ricky was very helpful and clear about the process, the technicians even replaced a missing screw in the fender liner which was helpful to me.
