Didn’t check air filter under hood of car. Reported that they did check it and it was good. I see the decline in service quality over the years. They used to provide car wash and shuttle. Small things like that will make experience much better but they no longer offer them. Ricky provides excellent customer service and honest advice. My car was ready in no time. I love how you can make a service appointment two days out. My car that got serviced is a Hyundai, not a Mazda. advice. My car was ready in no time. I love how you can make a service appointment two days out. My car that got serviced is a Hyundai, not a Mazda. Maita Mazda will do routine maintenance service on other brand cars, as long as you give them enough lead time to get the parts or in this case, type of engine oil. At the three Hyundai dealerships in my area, it takes four to five weeks out to schedule a service appointment, they are located in Roseville, Folsom, and Elk Grove. But I live in Sacramento. Maita Mazda is centrally located in Sacramento, so it it closer to where I live. The price paid for service was the same as if my car was a Mazda. I wasn't charged extra for getting a Hyundai serviced. More
