I just bought a 2021 CRV EX L model and I love it. The very young salesman(Trey) told me all about the car. Everyone (Caesar) was honest speaking and kind. I left with the car I wanted and all my questio very young salesman(Trey) told me all about the car. Everyone (Caesar) was honest speaking and kind. I left with the car I wanted and all my questions were answered in a respectful and truthful manner. My feelings of a bad deal were quickly countered with consideration and flexibility by the dealership. If I could, I would buy another car from them tomorrow, they easily reached me on my level of integrity and and sealed the deal. I love the car and more importantly, my wife does too. I think she is plotting to make it hers! I don't remember the name of John's boss, but when John brought my situation up, he was able to override standard policy and give me the benefit of the doubt. This dealership thrives on honesty and telling it like it is. Being up front is important to me. Buying a car is my most difficult task and they made me happy! More

I was impressed by a salesperson greeting me outside of the entrance, listened to what I wanted and showed me only those cars. The vehicle is very nice and I really appreciated the help I received in setti the entrance, listened to what I wanted and showed me only those cars. The vehicle is very nice and I really appreciated the help I received in setting up the door locks. I was not overly pressured to buy extras when I bought the car, which I also really appreciated. Everyone was very nice and professional. Just a few comments for improvement though: the gas tank was only half-full - the tank should be full! My last Honda dealership (in MN) gave a few free oil changes, and car washes any time. I think things like that are good ideas that should be considered. My rating is just under 5 stars, and 5 stars for all the staff! More
