He hid the car, put big red bows on it, put it behind a curtain, then pulled the curtain back to surprise her with the new car! He face was priceless and something we would not of been able to experience with the help of Steve! I initially began looking at Koons Sterling Ford's inventory online after seeing an advertisement on television, and I submitted a request for more in I initially began looking at Koons Sterling Ford's inventory online after seeing an advertisement on television, and I submitted a request for more information about a 2015 Ford Focus I was interested in. Jason Robles responded to my request, and he was very helpful by answering my questions and offering his further assistance should I decide to come in for a test drive. I decided to check out the car and take it for a spin. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and courteous. Jason explained all of the features of the car to me, and I could not have asked for a more pleasant salesman to deal with. He was helpful and friendly, but not at all pushy. The finance department personnel (Adrian and Ricky) were equally friendly and answered my many questions, and they got me a great deal on the financing of my new car! Purchasing a new vehicle is exciting, but it can also be stressful. This experience was nothing but pleasant, and I am completely satisfied with both the car and the dealership. Thank you, Jason! But not the right price or did not feel as the right time to purchase a car as sales persons were pressuring me to purchase a vehicle via phone. I searched the internet and saw a 2014 Ford Explorer at an excellent price. New to the area, I checked Koons Sterling website and noticed excellent deals on cars. Took some time after work to visit the dealer. Upon arrival I walked the lot and requested a Spanish speaking sales person. That is how I met Ricky Rivera. Ricky introduced himself and make me feel at home. Provided me time to look around, assisted me in test drive two different cars and I am the proud owner of a 2014 Ford Explorer. The professionalism, expertise and friendliness was a plus. Also, by Ricky Rivera been able to communicate with me in Spanish was also a tool that helped me in purchasing the car.
