First, the car I got from them (2019 Tesla Model S) was a gem. They get 5 stars for that. Where they lose stars are the following: 1. They registered my vehicle in the state of WA and charged me an incorre gem. They get 5 stars for that. Where they lose stars are the following: 1. They registered my vehicle in the state of WA and charged me an incorrect tax amount even though I am a CA resident. I am not sure about the legality of this, as I would assume they should not be able to register a vehicle to someone anywhere other than the state the buyers resides in. So I had to pay registration fees for WA AND CA. Plus an extra few hundred in tax because it was incorrectly calculated. I have reached out to them to get this resolved. Hopefully they correct their mistake. Otherwise, I will be taking this to WA state vehicle licensing agency to see what can be done. 2. Their communication prior to the sale was great. But after the sale, and while waiting for my shipper to pick the car up, there was a drastic lack of updates and communication. 3. They tried selling me a few grand of ‘options that had already been installed on the car’. I had to pay attention to details and get those taken off. 4. I was told by the sales rep that they charge a surcharge for out of state buyers “to make up for the fact that they may not get a repeat buyer”. I found that strange. I made sure there were no surcharges like that. I hope I do not have to jump through hoops to get the registration and tax issue resolved. I would highly recommend you find another dealer if you want better communication and after-sale support. This dealer is out of my recommendation list. More

Thad was very helpful with arranging the paperwork and getting it to me in a timely manner. Michael was very helpful when I could reach him. Needs to work on replying to messages. Had to pick up car after promised service was completed, then received call next day that they missed doing a part of service, they picked up my car and brought a loaner. Then I received a call saying they then received call next day that they missed doing a part of service, they picked up my car and brought a loaner. Then I received a call saying they cannot sell me the car because of something wrong with the engine. They then had the car posted back up for sale the next day. More
