I am not comfortable when sitting in on the 'buy process,' but I decided to sit in with Riley and Mel and honestly, it was a great experience. He has such a caring, yet professional manner and in addition, he was well informed. May I say it? A really nice guy. The whole process was terrific and we would not hesitate to refer our friends to LeSueur Car Company and to Riley for their future car needs. The dealership is huge... so many cars to choose from. I will return to Riley and LeSueur when I next go shopping for a vehicle. Seriously, Riley made the usually tedious and overwhelming auto buying process as friendly and non-threatening and pleasurable as it could possibly have been. I never felt pressured or like I was about to be conned somehow, which used to be my expectation going into any car buying transaction. Seriously, every time I go to a dealership I feel like I have to prepare myself mentally and emotionally for the inevitability of getting screwed over and I kind of resign myself to the fact. Not so this time, we got there, test drove the car, negotiated the financing, and sealed the deal in about two hours. It was about as painless as buying a car could possibly be. Riley was fantastic in every respect, extremely professional and courteous. Will definitely be back. More
