Tri-City Subaru is the best dealership, hands down! I will never buy a car anywhere else! Their staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. They are not pushy and understand what you are looking for. He is very knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and will work with you to get you what you need! The entire staff from sales to finance to service are the best around! This is my second time trying to write this review. My first attempt was kicked off. Was it because the review was not favorable? Anyway here it goes again. I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation and My first attempt was kicked off. Was it because the review was not favorable? Anyway here it goes again. I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation and state inspection for my Subaru Crosstrek. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. Because I didn’t want to sit in the waiting area when I could be doing errands I asked if I could have a courtesy car. That request was approved. I set up an appointment for 10 AM. I dropped my car off and picked up the courtesy car at the appointed time. I was actually running errands and was gone for 2 1/2 hours. I thought it was strange that I never got a callback. When I left the dealership at 10 AM my car was in the garage. When I returned at 12:30 my car was in the parking lot. I went into the office to drop off the courtesy car keys and get my keys and pay the bill. I was told that nothing had been done to my car yet. I was floored about that. I dropped the car off to have it serviced and for some reason they thought because I took a courtesy car that they had the car for the entire day. That was not the understanding on my part. I asked if they could at least put an inspection sticker on it. I was told no that they were other cars in front of mine. Total lack of customer service!I have spent a lot of money at Tri-City Subaru. I’m not sure that I will ever go back there again for service. There was absolutely no customer service! More
