I made an appointment specifically to see a used 2022 Camry. As you can see in the attached screenshot, I received a text confirmation explicitly stating the appointment was confirmed for today at 4:30 P Camry. When I arrived, they ran a classic stall play: I was left sitting in the lobby for 20 minutes, then moved to a desk for another 20 minutes. Finally, the salesperson 'checked' and admitted the car I came for wasn't there (and likely hadn't been for days). Instead of an apology, they immediately tried to pivot and upsell me into a 2025 Camry. It was clear the original car was just a 'ghost listing' used to get me in the door. I will never do business with Boch again. Miss communications. False Promises. Didn’t even go over the car when I picked it up. Had to go to the dealership 6 times during a pandemic and we all have to limit exposures??!I saw someone actually in my car after I bought it who was looking to buy a car. It should have been locked with a sold sign on it. I wanted out of the deal due to some of theses concerns and after a week Waiting for my car they wouldn’t let me as they register it when I didn’t want it. The General Manager is aware of this and only offered me a free detail. And I didn’t even get that. I bought my last 2 cars here previously. I’m done with this Dealership and will not recommend this dealership to anyone . This is suppose to be a happy time buying a new car. It all starts from the top. More
