Awful experience. We asked for a quote on a car, they never gave it to us. When we went in for a scheduled appointment, the salesmen only gave us two word answers, and no insight to some of one questions never gave it to us. When we went in for a scheduled appointment, the salesmen only gave us two word answers, and no insight to some of one questions, lastly they told us last minute they did not excerpt outside financing. I was eager to buy or lease a car through here after returning my lease out of convenience but they were so rude I will never go back again. Also, we were only able to test drive in their parking lot where other dealerships have let us take the car off the lot. More

The Price of the car advertised and the price I bought was a huge difference. No one really want to look into the difference. I have the add with me and I was simply told there is some additional charge w was a huge difference. No one really want to look into the difference. I have the add with me and I was simply told there is some additional charge which I never agreed or was explained when I signed the paper. Only in Boch I heard from one of the manager that the cleaning and fuel cost is a hidden cost, this was the fourth car I am buying in 4 years. . I came to the office there was no proper response. I got the appointment but the manager dint meet me, who promised he will walk through the itemized invoice. I got an extended warranty added which I never asked for. I felt very bad and felt cheated by Boch. Got one thing clear never trust Boch and I will never ever come back to Boch for anything. I don’t even want to give the one star rating. More

Buying a used car is scary, annoying and exhausting. With the help of Consumer Reports, Boch Toyota was suggested again and again. After visiting (in person) several other dealerships, at Boch, I found some the help of Consumer Reports, Boch Toyota was suggested again and again. After visiting (in person) several other dealerships, at Boch, I found some truly great car choices...hard working & accommodating people. At the top of my list is Robert Bardwell. (For both new & used cars). Ask for him if you go to Boch Toyota in Norwood. P.S. This is an honest review written by a real person who had no prior relationship with the Boch staff. More

I had a pleasant experience with Rob. He was kind and professional. I didn’t appreciate the low ball offer. I know dealerships are known for trying to get the most money out of the customer but I felt li professional. I didn’t appreciate the low ball offer. Just picked up my 3rd-3 yr lease from Boch Toyota & as always the experience was seamless, professional and everyone was considerate & a pleasure to work with. My experience this visit included working with Rob Bardwell who was awesome in making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I also met Chuck Rose and Mike Daoud who helped Rob to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Boch which is why when Ernie Boch says "come on down" I make the drive from Charlestown to Norwood. Always a great experience. More
