If you have a coupon for 15% off and forget to bring it and later same day present the coupon , they will NOT honor it because it wasn't presented BEFORE they give you the price of the repair! This happened to my son who has spent over $3000 in the last year, on repairs for a car he originally bought there ,NEW! I have also bought new cars with this dealership over the years when they WERE a good place to go. Maybe the kids have taken it over because it's def not what is was!! Time to move on and find a dealer who shows respect and courtesy to their customers!!!! I now understand why my clients have stopped going there and now go to Ferman Ford. I will no longer recommend this dealership. So sad after all these years. SMH. Doesn't matter how courteous the service reps are , they are powerless as is the service mgr.
