From the first phone call to Rob about my new 640 I thru the test Drive, and negotiations, it was one of the best experiences I have had in my 45 years of buying cars. Rob explained in detail to me about the car before I drove 50 miles to see her, he was spot on and the car was even better than I thought it would be. These guys are professionals ,do what they say and stand behind there words. Nick also helped out with a few issues and some financing and everything went as smooth as silk. Owner Joe K stopped by to introduce himself , that was a nice touch as well and let me know that if there was anything he could do to help facilitate the deal, to let him know.. Great boutique automotive dealer! I needed a new vehicle, but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Stopped in and started talking to Rob about some of their inventory, and he showed me a I needed a new vehicle, but wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. Stopped in and started talking to Rob about some of their inventory, and he showed me a Mercedes SUV that they had just taken in that had not yet been serviced or detailed. I really liked the fact that it only had 17K miles, and that it was white. Rob and crew went to the trouble of getting it out of the showroom and I ended up taking it for a test drive. Got back and wrote Rob a refundable deposit, and he said he would have it checked by the mechanics and detailed in just a few days. When I came back Rob wasn't there so Nick helped me, and he was very nice as well, and answered all my questions. The vehicle looked like new, and I was very pleased. The next morning the staff made the actual purchase very easy and efficient. Joe has assembled a great shop and crew! It was certainly the best car buying experience I have ever had. More

Joe, Nick and the team have a knack for finding extremely clean, low mileage vehicles. The vehicles have been near perfect. If one is diligent on inspectin a vehicle and defects are pointed out, they do a pretty good job of correcting anything that’s wrong. Fortunately we live close by and we’ve not been inconvenienced I would always recommend on a purchase of this magnitude being diligent about your evaluation. Once you make your decision they make the paperwork and haggling pretty easy. Far better than a dealership Finally, with such low mileage they can provide you with great warranty prices which have been trouble free. Very nice cars almost like new with security of a warranty, far less expensive than new. Purchases 2004 Carrera 4S 32000 miles. 4 years ago 2013 M3 with 19000 bought 8 months ago 2011 Range Rover Sport with 24,000 miles one month ago. More
