This was my families 6th purchase at Brilliance and the 4th with Rob. All the staff there from reception to sales floor, finance to service have always treated us with the utmost of respect. They take thei 4th with Rob. All the staff there from reception to sales floor, finance to service have always treated us with the utmost of respect. They take their time to listen to you and are never pushy. As a woman, sometimes going in to look at cars or have service done can be intimidating because you are often treated different. Brilliance is never like that and Rob always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm 100% happy with my purchase. Today I stopped in just to sign papers and commented on being embarrassed that my CR-V needed a wash already.... Rob took it through the wash for me! Made my day. Thanks Rob! And thanks Brilliance! More
