The service is fine in general I used the service center this time for two things: One was to do the manufacture recall (2nd recall since I bought the car in November 2016. The othe I used the service center this time for two things: One was to do the manufacture recall (2nd recall since I bought the car in November 2016. The other thing was to fix the broken right side mirror. All went fine and I was even offered a free loaner and my car was washed after the services, After I got my vehicle back and started the engine, however, the steering wheel dropped down to a position that blocked my view of the dashboard. I went back to Rob Carlson, my service advisor, who helped me fixed the problem. The radio dial, etc. were not set back to the setting when I dropped off the car as it was in my previous service appointment. This service experience is entirely different from the previous one. But Rob has been as wonderful as always. More

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE - Susan Rob Carlson was amazing from start to finish. My not so brilliant driver put gasoline into a diesel engine (major no no) caused significant damage. I had the vehicle towed to RallyE Motors and Rob was kind enough to follow up and help us through the insurance process. The damage was promptly assessed and a estimate was provided. He helped to make sure that the insurance claim was processed quickly and without headaches. The work done by the service department was top notch and our vehicle was ready ahead of time. RallyE + Rob were kind enough to accommodate us and let us pick it up later than expected due to the snow storm that hit NYC. To anyone with a Mercedes, RallyE Motors is the place to go and Rob Carlson is the person to ask for. Amazing service and impeccable work. Can't ask for anything better. P.S. Rob really cares about his clients. He even sent a follow up email a week or so later to make sure everything was working ok.
