over the past 5 years we have had over 1750 customer reviews with 96.7% being positive in nature, unfortunately we cant please everyone. As for this customers poor review, we did do all safety related repairs, including new tires, balance and rotation, and front and rear brakes, 4wheel alignment all at no charge. I'm not sure what more we could have done, we cant make a 10 year old truck brand new.

our inspections are monitored by the state and cameras are on at all times, all tires were above 6/32 tread level or would have been replaced, one tire had dry rot which could have caused vibration and we replace that and the other side. Yes both should have been done at the same time and my tech was made aware that in the future to replace 2 or all 4 on all vehicles so as not to cause uneven wear on front or rear. If you were unhappy with the alignment that was done I'd be happy to reimburse you for what you paid elsewhere. again feel free to call me at 774-843-2339, I don't want any dissatisfied customers and i will do my best to satisfy you in reason.

New tires? Two new tires the other two still won’t pass inspection but inspection was done in house so they got away with it. Truck was brought in three times and all that was ever done was balancing of tires. ALL three times just pushed away saying oh ya we balanced them after the third time truck was checked and tires were not balanced because they had to do it at the other mechanic. Was never asked to make brand new but safe to drive on the road is totally different. And no alignment was ever done again that was just completed by another mechanic
