I brought my car there explained what was going on with it went all the way back home for them to tell me they could not produce the problem that I was bringing it there for which the technician that went it went all the way back home for them to tell me they could not produce the problem that I was bringing it there for which the technician that went with me heard it I had to go all the way back down there, and the technician told them when I went back down there that it was making a noise and I took another technician out with me and he said it was really bad. The initial service advisor that I dealt with was very rude, unprofessional and pretty much calling me a liar to my face to the point where I got irate with him, and the senior advisor had to step in and take care of my situation. At least four of the employees there said that advisor is rude disrespectful nobody likes him he treats the customers very poorly. Even the service manager said he spoke to corporate, and there was no way to get rid of him. He stuck with him. I left my car there for three days. They told me it was going to be $185 to diagnose it and I got a phone call from the service manager that said they found water in my fuel and he put dry gas in it and said it was fine and it’s running good. I went down to get my car and the lead technician that was there said he wasn’t sure why I was picking it up because it’s still making the same noise and it’s not fixed and they tried to charge me $450 and he gave me $100 off because I’m a nurse when I was told it was gonna be 183 to diagnose it. They spent 0.3 hours. On my car and had it for three days I’m not sure why they had to have it for three days if they only spent .3 hours on it. On the drive home it was just as bad as when I dropped it off and the service manager told me to drive down the car with the gas that’s in it to empty fill it up with new gas and put dry gas and it will be all set and that’s not the case. It’s just as bad and I hope his direction and plan that he told me to do didn’t hurt my car more, which I have all in text messages that he sent me what to do.When I spoke to the service manager Bob after I got it back, he asked me if I put the tune back in my car and I said yes, and he said an aftermarket tune might be messing this up and I told him it was a Ford tuner put in by the dealer and got very rude with me and told me I was wrong and said he’s been doing this job for 50 years and he knows what he’s talking about and he was very rude about it and I told him it was a Ford pro Cal tuner and he was still adamant telling me I was wrong and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. He’s looking through the file on my car and he notices that there was something purchased through Ford racing and he saw that it was a Ford product the tuner and he didn’t apologize or nothing. I have had nothing but problems with this car. I paid a lot of money for it and I leave it at a supposedly qualified ford service dealer for three days that’s supposed to be a professional and be able to fix this and they charge me $350 and send me on my way and when I’ve tried to reach back out to him, he does not answer my calls. He told me he had pressure tested the cylinders and test the fuel pressure test under load and drove the car with the computer on it to see if there was any codes and he didn’t do any of it because none of it was listed on the print out that he himself typed up from his desk not a tech and I wanted a copy of the results because I’m going to another dealer to see if they can actually fix it. There is multiple bulletins about the PCM needed to be re-programmed because of a corrupt file that will cause all these issues that my car is having and he didn’t do that when I asked him to. I’m just very taken back about this experience, this was my first Ford I’ve ever bought and because of this experience, it will be my last Ford and I really hope that you guys could do something about this. i am a single father and this has put me out to needing rides to get my son and to get to work because I don’t know what to do. More
