I replaced the two front tires. They stated that the inside of the tires were worn down. So much so that there was belt showing. I asked if there was any cause for the uneven wear They stated that the inside of the tires were worn down. So much so that there was belt showing. Just hope I am not treating a symptom with the new tires or if there is an underlying issue. More

I have been a customer both for cars and service for many years. This is the first negative review I have submitted. I recently had a new battery put in and when I picked up the car I was informed that the years. This is the first negative review I have submitted. I recently had a new battery put in and when I picked up the car I was informed that there is a charge for a missing oil cap. It seems that the cap was missing and a rag put in its place. I then informed Suzanne that I had the oil changed by Colonial Ford less than a month before and no one has been in the car since. The charge for the cap was removed. This was very upsetting to me because we made 2 long trips with a rag stuffed in place of the oil cap. No one has yet gotten back to me regarding this matter. More
