My experience with you during the purchase of my equinox was I enjoyed working with Rob during my trade down....the experience with most of the staff was professional and friendly till the end when i had request I enjoyed working with Rob during my trade down....the experience with most of the staff was professional and friendly till the end when i had requested the remaining portion of my money be paid in two cks at which time the lady cutting the cks caught an attitude with Rob and myself. She was very rude and her attitude was horrible....she needs to learn the meaning of customer service. I will have to think long and hard about recommending my friends or family to deal with the dealership due to her very rude behavior. More
