Ms Aretha was relentless in a good way in finding a way for me to obtain a vehicle that day. She went beyond the information that she was given. She checked and found the vehicle that was thought to have b for me to obtain a vehicle that day. She went beyond the information that she was given. After finding the vehicle, she made every effort to negotiate a deal that would be in favor of all parties. She is simply amazing and extremely positive about finding the answer to a situation that others might not even consider possible. Bernard Lampley was like having a professional tour guide who had my best interests at heart throughout the whole entire process. He was laid back and full of wisdom. He made it feel like I was visiting family not being on guard at a car dealership who's main focus was making profit. His experience and positive influence on his colleagues has created the perfect auto sales team. Rob Dunn was very personable. After finding out that we had some similarities, we continued talking and laughing. This created a comfort level that a person wants when discussing the finances of a deal. His knowledge of financing was on par with his social skills. He was diligent in finding a finance company and interest rate the would be suitable. Don Alexander followed through and completed the process in a professional and informative way. All in all, it was a surprisingly excellent experience.
