I brought my car in for routine maintenance and worked with Rob. He was friendly and courteous, helping me select the services that I needed and omitting those I did not need. He was ver careful to appl with Rob. He was friendly and courteous, helping me select the services that I needed and omitting those I did not need. He was ver careful to apply all of the discounts for which I was eligible. I am very grateful for Toyota’s customer discounts. The work was completed well within the estimated amount of time of approximately 3 hours. I was offered the use of a driver but stayed at the location because the waiting area was clean, comfortable and had amenities such as vending machine machines for snacks and complimentary beverages. I also love the free car wash! More
