Not impressed I was told that I would get free service for the next two years at this service center, because I bought a car from their dealership. I was told there was nothing I needed to do when servicing my car and it should just be in my file. Every time I go in for an oil change I continually have to explain myself and what I was told. And every time I still get an attempted charge on my oil change, which should be free. The last time I went in I was told there was a part that is recommended I should get fixed, but they had to call a manufacturer and then they would call me. I was never called. Thank goodness it wasn't anything more serious I'm certain it wouldn't have gotten fixed. I'm at the point of going elsewhere and paying for service to receive a little bit of organization and communication. Not to mention the oil change takes two or more HOURS each time... and that's all I am getting done. Speed and organization is not strengths here. More
