Took my Highlander in for its 1-year/10,000 mile Once again St.Cloud Toyota has proved to be the best automotive dealership that I've ever dealt with. Took my Highlander in for its 1-year/10,000 mile service, was promptly met, given a 1-hour ETA for completion, so I walked over to a neighboring business, got a call about 50 minutes later that service was complete. Picked up my vehicle with no wait time to get the keys, and the entire experience was seamless. I was even met by the salesperson who sold me the vehicle a year ago- it was a nice have conversation with him, it made my overall visit seem more personal rather than mechanical. More
