Excellent, as always! Once again St.Cloud Toyota has proved to be the best automotive dealership that I've ever dealt with. Took my Highlander in for its 1-year/10,000 mile Once again St.Cloud Toyota has proved to be the best automotive dealership that I've ever dealt with. Took my Highlander in for its 1-year/10,000 mile service, was promptly met, given a 1-hour ETA for completion, so I walked over to a neighboring business, got a call about 50 minutes later that service was complete. Picked up my vehicle with no wait time to get the keys, and the entire experience was seamless. I was even met by the salesperson who sold me the vehicle a year ago- it was a nice have conversation with him, it made my overall visit seem more personal rather than mechanical. More

Takes long time for paperwork to get done The service center does a good job but after the service is done the time it takes for the paperwork often takes more time than the service preformed The service center does a good job but after the service is done the time it takes for the paperwork often takes more time than the service preformed you need more ppl doing the paperwork it should not take 1:30 minutes to get an oil change the service center got the oil change done in about 15 minutes the rest of the time was waiting on paperwork to be done More

Not impressed I was told that I would get free service for the next two years at this service center, because I bought a car from their dealership. I was told there I was told that I would get free service for the next two years at this service center, because I bought a car from their dealership. I was told there was nothing I needed to do when servicing my car and it should just be in my file. Every time I go in for an oil change I continually have to explain myself and what I was told. And every time I still get an attempted charge on my oil change, which should be free. The last time I went in I was told there was a part that is recommended I should get fixed, but they had to call a manufacturer and then they would call me. I was never called. Thank goodness it wasn't anything more serious I'm certain it wouldn't have gotten fixed. I'm at the point of going elsewhere and paying for service to receive a little bit of organization and communication. Not to mention the oil change takes two or more HOURS each time... and that's all I am getting done. Speed and organization is not strengths here. More

Brought my car in to get a noise checked out I brought my car in and was helped by Rob in the service center. I have never received such genuine and quality service in my life. Not only was he in I brought my car in and was helped by Rob in the service center. I have never received such genuine and quality service in my life. Not only was he informative and helpful, he made me feel like he actually cared about the outcome of my repair. He went above and beyond and I highly recommend working with Rob.
