After finding a vehicle I was interested in online, I contacted Rob and he answered all my questions, and even provided a walk around video, knowing that I was an out of town buyer and heavily reliant on his assessment of the car. Fast forward a few days later, and Peter was guiding me through the purchase process with the patience of a saint, explaining each step in detail and making sure I was fully comfortable with everything I signed. No ridiculous add-ons or high pressure tactics. Afterwards, Romy guided me through the setup process and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect of the car.
