World Class Dealership with Consummate Professionals I was in the market for an entry-level vehicle for my 16 year-old daughter. Having purchased two new vehicles from this dealership in March of 2015 an I was in the market for an entry-level vehicle for my 16 year-old daughter. Having purchased two new vehicles from this dealership in March of 2015 and remembering the positive experience that it was, I decided to return to Jay Honda again. I was not disappointed. Literally the most difficult part of this transaction was deciding between the Civic LX and the HR-V LX AWD and then picking the color. Rob Logan, my sales person, accompanied me for a test drive of the 2017 Civic LX. I was very impressed with what a great value the vehicle appeared to be. There are a lot of standard features for an entry-level vehicle. Also, I was very impressed with the fuel economy, acceleration and how smooth the automatic transmission shifted from gear to gear. Rob was very knowledgeable about both vehicles that I was considering but did not try to steer my decision towards the slightly more expensive HR-V, which a lot of other sales persons often do at other dealerships. After the test-drive, I decided that the Civic LX was the perfect vehicle for my daughter. Price negotiation was a simple and efficient. Rob was the consummate professional throughout the entire process. I also had the pleasure of working with Tony Spitalieri who helped Rob arrange the paperwork on this transaction. Because of their efficient teamwork, I was literally in and out of the dealership in less than 75 minutes (and that includes the time spent on the test-drive) on a early yet busy Saturday afternoon. Talk about a hassle-free experience. I took delivery two days later. I bought a great vehicle at a great price without any high-pressure sales games and/or gimmicks and received world class customer service in the process AND my daughter LOVES her new car! What more could you ask for? Jay Honda Rocks!!! More

It turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had so far. When I arrived at the dealer Mark introduced me to Rob Logan and Tony Spitalieri. These guys are awesome! Extremely knowledgeable, they put together a great deal with no hassle or wasted time, and they kept me informed every step of the way until my car was delivered a few days later.
