New 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V-6 Mark Lyon, General Manager of Jay Honda, contacted us by telephone after our initial inquiry through Consumer Reports and subsequently through Hond Mark Lyon, General Manager of Jay Honda, contacted us by telephone after our initial inquiry through Consumer Reports and subsequently through Honda, and after an e-mail received from Tony Spitalieri. Mark telephoned us, set up an appointment to meet with us, and then came to our home and personally presented the sales offer to us. He was very professional and forthright in discussions about the sales price of the new car and the trade-in value of our car. We had a very candid discussion regarding the overall price to be paid and subsequently called Mark the next day agreeing to a purchase price and trade-in value. Then Mark had us come to the dealership to meet with Tony Spitalieri and Rob Logan to complete the paperwork and finalize the sale of a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L V-6. Tony was very professional, personable, and efficient as we worked with him to complete the paperwork. Tony was also very thorough to insure that all of the optional accessories we ordered were properly and timely installed before delivery of the vehicle. Rob was very gracious driving us to different car lots so we could settle on the exterior and interior color of the vehicle of our choice. Rob was very professional and thorough in going over the features of the vehicle when we came into the dealership to pick up our new vehicle.
