I had brought my old car in for service and realized there were just too many things to be fixed to keep it running safely. I had no intention of getting a new car but because of the condition of the car I had, I had no choice. They were extremely nice, empathetic to my situation, quick working and realistic with me. I have a brand new car with almost the same car payment. Rob also spent the time to go over all the nooks and crannies of how my new vehicle is really convenient for me with kids.
