Excellent, no pressure service. Great sales team I had purchased a car from Jay Honda in the past but it had been a while. When I started my vehicle search I was contacted by 4 different dealers whi I had purchased a car from Jay Honda in the past but it had been a while. When I started my vehicle search I was contacted by 4 different dealers while doing research on the vehicle I wanted. After speaking to 2 other dealers in the area I was not impressed by the service I received. I decided to go back to Jay since I had great experience with them years ago. I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in the dealership and met Tony and Rob the experience was excellent. They were both straight forward and honest about what was available, the time frame that we would be looking at to get what we wanted (which they well exceeded my expectations, getting the vehicle in about a day). I had been waiting a little more than a week for word from the other dealer, with no response, before coming to Jay. I couldn't be happier to have made the switch. I really appreciate the professional service that Rob and Tony provided during the sales process. They did not push for additional extras and they even helped me to refine the accessory choices that I had wanted to maximize value and savings. When it came time to actually signing the paperwork, working with Michael was as easy as it could have been. in just a few minutes he was able to explain everything and get us back out the door and without any additional questions. A much easier experience than when we purchased my wife's previous car, a Toyota. I would absolutely recommend Jay Honda as a dealership, both experiences I have had have been top notch. They were very busy so I think it took a little longer than normal, but even though they closed at 6, they stayed until well after 7 to make sure I drive home in my be Pilot. I will never go to another dealership again. Great job!!! More

After having a phenomenal experience with him while leasing my first car, I decided to make the 4 hour drive from Cincinnati to Bedford to work with Tony again. I was not disappointed! Tony and Rob did a fantastic job tag teaming to help me pick out a car and negotiate a deal during the short time I was in Bedford. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me select a car that met my needs (with no gimmicks/pressure to choose upgrades that I didn't need). They make leasing a car fun and I have every intention to drive back to Bedford when my lease is up to work with them again! More
