Misleading and especially for the new buyers need to be real careful. I like Honda but not this dealer any more. Absolutely will not recommend; when I tried to contact with the Honda Office; one of the sales man literally came to me and told me how unhappy he was; despite the facts that I was the one who suffered and is stuck with highly costly lease deal for three years. More

I am also very happy with my lease payment, which I find comfortably affordable. Rob went out of his way to make this experience easy and enjoyable. Getting a new car these days isn't what it used to be with all the new technology. He spent a good amount of time going over the car and was very patient explaining all the details and answering all of my questions while teaching me how to use that technology. I now know way more about my new car than I do about my new cell phone because of him. Thank you Rob! I had done enough research to know that Ii wanted a new CRV Ex model, but I had never driven one and needed to decide on a color. (Rob patiently stood in the blazing sun while I made my selection...thanks Rob!) Tony Spitalieri handled the specifics of the financing options and my trade in. The two work well as a team with a seamless transition back and forth. With all of the decisions made, Mike Stoughton handled the paperwork. He had all of the forms ready and explained each as they were completed. All in all it was my most "comfortable" auto transaction to date! More
