Rob came in early on a frigid blizzard of a day to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Rob even arranged for finance to meet with us early. Who does that? Also, Tony Spitalieri is a great asset to Jay Honda. Tony helped with obtaining background information to assist with the paperwork. Tony also made helpful suggestions and was very informative throughout the process. Thank you to Rob and Tony for streamlining the process of leasing our 2015 Pilot. Bad service after they sell you the car!! I writing this email to rebuke my previous rating for Rob Logan. I had previously thought he is a good dealer when I brought my car in 2014 summer. That time, he made many beneficial promises about giving me discount or deals for my future first car service. Today, I came to Jay Honda for a car service, he said he doesn't remember me or about any discussion we had. He said he would have give me some sort of proof if he did promise me. I was quite disappointed. I mean he should have at least try to look up my file to see if he recalls providing service to me. Being sincere before I buy the car and give me attitudes afterward I bought the car is something that is unacceptable as a dealer. So, if the something happen to anyone in the future, make sure you get some proof from this guy! More

Recently, I unexpectedly needed a new car following an automobile accident so naturally family members recommended Mr. Logan. While I appreciated the recommendation I wanted to visit other dealerships in order to review my options. Two days and five dealerships later I felt defeated and annoyed by pushy and insincere salesmen who wouldn't let me leave without giving them my number and talking to their manager. I felt as if they just wanted a sale and not considering my interests. Finally, I stopped in Jay Honda and asked for Rob Logan. I should've saved my time and visited him in the first place! He actually listened to me vent, respected my priorities and calculated the numbers until they worked for me. The sincerity and no nonsense personality of Mr. Logan was a rare and refreshing experience. After I purchased my new CRV he even stayed with me an hour after closing to explain each feature of the car including setting my favorite radio stations! After my experience with Mr. Logan, I feel confident in my purchase and in my decision to never buy or lease a vehicle from anyone else. More
