I had one vehicle coming off of a lease and another one that was 11 years old and needed to be replaced. Rob Logan and Anthony Spitalieri were both very instumental in working with me to meet my vehicle needs without any of the high pressure sales tactics that I've experienced at other dealerships in the past. Their knowledge of the various vehicles that they sell is second to none. This greatly helped in making my vehicle choices. These were the third and fourth vehicles that I have purchased for myself from Jay Honda in the past 8 years. I also bring friends and family to this dealership whenever they need a new or used vehicle because of the world class customer service that they provide. I love this dealership and really have no reason to shop anywhere else. They truly are like family to me. More

Rob came in early on a frigid blizzard of a day to make sure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. Rob even arranged for finance to meet with us early. Who does that? Also, Tony Spitalieri is a great asset to Jay Honda. Tony helped with obtaining background information to assist with the paperwork. Tony also made helpful suggestions and was very informative throughout the process. Thank you to Rob and Tony for streamlining the process of leasing our 2015 Pilot.
