I love everything Jay Honda did for me. I was stuck in a horrible loan on a mediocre car. They got me out of it and into a lease in a awesome car. I leased my first Honda Accord EX from Minville Thompson back on May 2003 and bought it out at lease end. In the past weeks in one of the snow storms I damaged the muffler and was on my way to get it repaired, I thought why not just call Jay Honda and see what great programs and options they have available on a new 2014 Accord EX. I have always been extremely happy in the past with dealership and their service department. I called and was connected with Rob Logan and Tony Spitalieri. I was so impressed with their willingness to be upfront and tell me the offers available for the 2014 Accord Sedan EX. Rob quickly had my 2003 Accord assessed while Tony took me out to test drive an Accord EX. Yep I knew after the test drive I was ready to trade in the 2003 and lease the 2014 Accord EX but I wanted Alabaster Silver or Modern Steel color. I was in luck a brand new Modern Steel was available. Tony & Rob came in with a good lease deal taking into consideration my trade-in. Patsy Santone was great explaining the financing with Honda Financial Services and within a few hours from start to finish Rob was loading my phone contact and training me on the options I was off driving my newly leased Accord EX. If you are every in doubt about the quality and integrity of car dealership's - don't hesitate to stop in or call Jay Honda they really run a top notch organization from management on down.
