This was my first experience with Jay Honda. I had heard they were THE Honda dealer in NE Ohio, but it was quite a drive for me compared to other Honda dealerships I have history with. What brought me to J they were THE Honda dealer in NE Ohio, but it was quite a drive for me compared to other Honda dealerships I have history with. What brought me to Jay was dissatisfaction with the local dealership that I had done business with over the last 8 - 9 years. Although it wasn't for the best reason, I am pleased it brought me to Jay as they were extremely efficient, upfront, and honored the lease deal "as written". No "negotiations", no BS sales pitches like the dealers I used to do business with...just some autographs and out the door with a 2014 CR-V! Tony and Rob were a great team and I'm sure I will enjoy working with them in the many years to come! More
