I was very concerned about using part of my retirement money on a purchase of my first ever new car. I was in the process of buying a Ford Escape that was significantly cheaper due to that concern. Dennis Jenkins confired on several occasions through email convincing me of the quality of a CRV and to come down for them to speak with my wife and me. We finally did and Dennis referred us to Robert Logan. He was very warm and friendly. The genuine kind. Not the kind that was only interested in making a sale. He convinced me the that i would be satisfied for a long time to come with the quality and performance and they would be there to service any need we had. He gave me a much better price than the dealership in my area that i had gone to earlier and also went the extra effort to get the color we wanted, since they had none on their lot. On the day we picked it up Rob spent additonal time going thru all the features and especially pairing my wifes phone up to the car so she can have hands free cell phone use. He even alerted us to the fact that the only item we might be concerned with was the antenna. He told us that is the latest craze among children to collect them. More

I recently was coming close to the end of my initial lease with Jay Honda. The experience I had the first time around was a positive and easy one and so I was encouraged to continue on with the dealers lease with Jay Honda. My new sales agent contacted me in January (lease ending in April) and introduced himself and encourged me to check out his reviews and contact him with any questions. I found both he and his partner Tony to be helpful throughout the process, even providing me with complimentary tickets to the Cleveland Auto Show to help me with some of my decision making. In the end, I was very satisfied with my new leased car, the 2013 Honda Accord EX--today is my first full day with it, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to Rob & Tony for all your help and making this process virtually pain-free. Additionally, Patsy Santone, who helped with the financing process was a pleasure to work with as well--he made things quick and easy and was very pleasant throughout. Thanks Jay Honda! More

We have leased other vehicles at Jay Honda, and have always had a good experience.
