My wife and I felt very comfortable going through this process of getting the new X1 specially working on that with Rob, you can easily spot the years of experience and professionalism in his management t process of getting the new X1 specially working on that with Rob, you can easily spot the years of experience and professionalism in his management to the whole process with all what's going on in the current market in regards to buying new car, I have to say was the longest time for us to get a new BMW, which needed someone like Rob to get us through it, from building the car at his disk to driving out from the dealership with our new X1, getting timely update, fast response and finalizing paper work with the least complexity, easy to say Rob is our go to with our BMW cars.
