Danielle recently sold both my husband (2025 Pathfinder) and me (2025 Murano). What I loved about working with Danielle was her no pressure, yet professionalism in working with us. Worst dealership experience I have ever had. I purchased a used vehicle from them and started having issues with it within 1000 miles. I was told they would take care of it. My vehicle spent alm I purchased a used vehicle from them and started having issues with it within 1000 miles. I was told they would take care of it. My vehicle spent almost two weeks in there service dept. Everyday their story would change as to when my vehicle would be fixed. I was given the run around and straight up lied to about what was happening with my vehicle or what was actually being repaired. After two weeks they said it was fixed. However, it was not repaired properly. I was just told no issues were found even though the problems were obvious if you bothered to look at it. They refused to make it right. Even the manager and salesperson refused to follow up with me to help resolve it. I finally had enough of the stories. I took my vehicle and will have to pay out of my own pocket to have the vehicle fixed correctly. Very disappointed in the customer service. If I knew this is how customers are treated. I never would have purchased the vehicle. More

After my 5th Dwi I needed a reliable vehicle that I could install my "blow to start" system in. Danielle was awesome to work with and was able to set me up with a great new vehicle that's gonna be great for install my "blow to start" system in.
